Regional Development Australia (RDA) Orana will host the Orana Outlook Forum on 17 November 2023, an event that drives conversations about the region's future, spotlighting priority challenges and opportunities.
RDA Orana Chair, Brad Cam said the Orana region was resilient and ever-growing, however during a period of extensive change in the national economy it was important that business and industry were prepared for the years ahead.
“This year we are coming together to focus on the opportunities and innovations that are occurring around us and how they will impact the future of the region,” he said.
“The event aims to provide an economic update on our major industry sectors that will incite confidence in the region and its businesses.”
The 2023 forum will focus on industry outlooks in tourism, agriculture, energy, transport and housing along with a government perspective of what the future holds from the Minister for Agriculture, Regional NSW and Western NSW, the Hon Tara Moriarty MLC.
Mr Cam said he was pleased to announce The Stable as a major sponsor for the 2023 Orana Outlook Forum.
“The Stable is a regionally based consulting company, firmly fixed in its pursuit to leave a lasting legacy of change,” he said.
The Stable Business Manager and Consultant, Grace Elliot said the organisation was thrilled to be a major sponsor of the Orana Outlook Forum.
“The Orana Outlook Forum is an initiative that aligns with our values and expertise. This partnership offers us a unique platform to present an update on the Orana to the Hunter and Beyond Transport Study, addressing critical issues and paving the way for meaningful improvements in regional transport and logistics,” she said.
“With six of our consultants calling the Orana region home, The Stable Group has a genuine commitment to our region and its potential.
“We are especially looking forward to engaging with the community, sharing insights, and contributing to a robust dialogue on the future of the region.”
